Hipotels Vibes Club is the loyalty program of the Hipotels Hotels & Resorts brand. The objective of the program is to reward guests who have made their reservations through the official website.

Via the webpage www.hipotels.com you can register and access your personal profile as a member of the programme:

• In the "Hipotels Vibes" you can register and once you have entered your details, you can access your profile, consult your bookings and all the information related to your details.
• When finalising a booking, you can register by simply filling in your details, giving you access to your profile.

Once registered, you will be given a user ID.

Please remember that the main information for identifying yourself in the Hipotels Vibes loyalty program is your email address. To ensure accurate tracking of your level and avoid any confusion, it is recommended to always use the same email address when making reservations and accessing your account. This will enable us to provide you with the appropriate benefits based on your level in the program.

You can check your current level in Hipotels Vibes by logging into your account on our official website or contacting our customer support team for assistance.

To move up in level in Hipotels Vibes Club, we take into account the nights you spend in our hotels, as long as you have made the reservations directly through our official website. Each time you stay with us, regardless of the different bookings you make, the nights will accumulate and help you progress faster towards a higher level in our loyalty program.

Based on your Vibes level, you will receive special discounted rates exclusively for you. Additionally, in some hotels, you can enjoy extra benefits which you can inquire about when making your reservation.

Your personal data as the title holder of the points will be included in your user profile in order that HIPOTELS can manage the points system effectively, to personalise services, and to send personalised communications regarding products and services from the Hipotels group. At any time, you may revoke your consent to the points above mentioned by sending an email to: customer@hipotels.com. Personal data belonging to members will be managed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation and are subject, when applicable, to that stated in Law 7/1998 of the 13^th of April regarding General Conditions of Contracting, RDL 1/2007 of the 16^th of November where the amended text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws has been accepted together with Directive 97/7/CEE of the 20^th of May 1997, applicable to contracts formulated via the internet between consumer and provider, and, in any case, to the Organic Law 15/1999 regarding the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations contained therein and Law 34/2002 of the 11^th of July regarding Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

Flight + hotel is not part of the Hipotels Vibes program and  special discounts are not generated.

To cancel your membership, you need to send an email to the following address: customer@hipotels.com. Hipotels will deal with your request immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.

Yes, in the event that you go 36 consecutive months without making a reservation with us, you will automatically be moved to the first level (Calm).

Does Haven Riviera Cancun participate in the Club Vibes program? At the moment, Haven Riviera Cancun is not included in the Club Vibes program.
